Gitiesse offers an expansive range of spare parts in support of our IMCOS systems. Spare parts are stocked both at Hazardous Area Communications Group locations and with our global representatives, to ensure optimal availability with the shortest delivery times.

Claims & Returns

For Claims & Returns please fill the form at the link above. For returns you will receive a valid RMA number in reply to your submission.

All returns to Gitiesse must be approved with a valid RMA number. Product returned without this number will be returned at customer costs.
